Upgraded property, immaculately clean, efficient service and amazing value. I had good basic club king room with huge terrace and a balcony plus roll top bath. Amiable staff, lovely pool.

By and large, it was great base for sightseeing in Ilkley, had much fun. Only 20 min walk to downtown. The food was outstanding, for breakfast we had tea, coffee and milk.

The reason we really loved it was outstanding food and staff. Had nice dainties at Pranzo Italian Lunch Bar, located a short way from the hotel.
